It started at home,

“I discovered that sushi could do more than delight the palate. It could bring people closer.”

New Hope Sushi was born from chef Barbara’s passion for Japanese cuisine and the Brazilian instinct to make every guest feel at home. What began around her family table grew into a way to share creativity, care and joy throughout North Texas.

Every piece is handcrafted with fresh ingredients and close attention to detail—just as she would prepare it for the people she loves most.

How does the Private Sushi Experience work?+

We bring the New Hope Sushi experience to your chosen location, prepare and serve a curated menu in waves, and personalize the flow to your celebration.

How far in advance should I book?+

For private events, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can confirm your date and tailor the menu. Weekend dates tend to fill first.

Do you customize event menus?+

Yes. We offer Basic and Premium starting points, then shape the selection around your occasion, guest count and preferences.

Where do you offer pickup and delivery?+

We are based in McKinney and serve clients across North Texas. Delivery availability depends on distance and order size.

Can I reserve my date with a deposit?+

Yes. After we confirm availability and your event details, we will send a secure deposit link to reserve the date.
